Michael Gaudreau, Director of Culinary Services at Williamsburg Landing, has announced the appointment of Nate Myers as the new Executive Chef. Prior to joining Williamsburg Landing’s Culinary Services team, Nate was the Executive Chef/Owner of Nate’s Trick Dog Café in Irvington, Virginia for eight years. He also is the owner of Chesapeake Bay Chip Company in Kilmarnock, Virginia which he founded in 2014. His previous experience in Virginia includes serving as Executive Chef at the Inn at Level Fields in Lancaster and Director of Food Service for Riverside Health System in Saluda.
Nate is a member of the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef and is completing his Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology.
