At Williamsburg Landing, we do all we can to help our residents remain independent. To help individuals maintain their health and well-being, we offer an on-site medical health clinic, as well as a variety of home health care services.
On-site Medical Health Clinic
Williamsburg Landing Clinic is home to the primary care practice of our Medical Director. Located on the 1st floor of the Landing Building, the clinic is staffed by our Medical Director and a nurse practitioner. Both specialize in gerontology and welcome any and all residents to take advantage of their services. Residents can choose our Medical Director as their primary care physician or another local physician of their choice.
The clinic functions like any other doctor’s office. Residents must call to make appointments to be seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
During Office Hours
In the event of an emergency residents can activate their pendant or emergency pull cord, and a clinic nurse will respond to their home with Security.
During Non-Office Hours
If a resident has an emergency after hours, Security and a Woodhaven nurse will respond to their home.
In both cases, the nurse will evaluate the situation and make arrangements for further care.
In addition to primary care, residents may consult with a nurse during clinic hours for the following:
- Blood pressure and weight checks
- Bandage changes
- Blood draws with a physician order
- Injectable medications
- General questions
- Dressing changes
We also offer a medication management program for a monthly fee
A fee schedule for services is published annually.

Private Duty Home Care (non-medical services)
Located in the clinic is the Home Care Office. If a resident needs a bit more care or support to stay in the comfort of their own home, certified nursing assistants can be scheduled to assist them.
Delivered right in home, home care meets a variety of needs. Under the direction of a registered nurse, our home care aides can help with such day-to-day activities as:
- Light meal preparation
- Medication reminders
The services are flexible to meet the needs, whether needed 24-hour care or assistance for only an hour a day.
