Composed entirely of residents, the Williamsburg Landing Residents’ Association is integral in shaping community life. The Association meets monthly, receives input from resident committees, and collaborates with leadership to enhance the Williamsburg Landing lifestyle.

The Residents’ Council consists of 12 residents who provide leadership and guidance to the Association's committees, on which residents can serve and contribute their feedback. In addition, residents also have representation on the Williamsburg Landing Board of Directors with full voting rights.
