Gregory T. Storer, President/Chief Executive Officer
Greg Storer, President/CEO, has had a career in a variety of organizations providing services for seniors. He was retained by Williamsburg Landing, Inc. as of June 1, 2016. He previously served as President of Skilled Care Pharmacy, a privately held institutional pharmacy and one of the largest independent pharmacies in the Midwest. Prior to that, Greg served as Vice President of Operations and COO at Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a provider of independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, adult day care and rehabilitation and in-home services. Earlier in his career, he was COO of Heather Hill Hospital, where he supervised a long-term acute care hospital, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, assisted living and residential care facilities. Greg attended Bowling Green State University and graduated with a degree in Gerontology/Health Care Administration. He has served as a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and a preceptor to more than 25 Administrators in Training (AITs), helping them become licensed Nursing Home Administrators. Mr. Storer currently serves on LeadingAge Virginia Board of Directors, Hospice House Board of Directors, James City County Tourism Board of Directors, James City County Workforce Housing Task Force, Chesapeake Bank Advisory Board and LeadingAge Virginia’s Middle Market Housing Cabinet. Greg currently serves on the the Governor's Task Force for COVID-19, LeadingAge Virginia Board of Directors, Hospice House and Support Care of Williamsburg Board of Directors, James City County Tourism Board of Directors, James City County Workforce Housing Task Force, Chesapeake Bank Advisory Board and LeadingAge Virginia's Middle Market Housing Cabinet.
Michael Williams, Vice President/Chief Operating Officer
Michael Williams, Vice President/Chief Operating Officer is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator whose tenure includes serving as the Executive Director and Co-owner of the Southerland's Retirement Community in Front Royal, the Director of Business Development for Commonwealth Senior Living and Administrator of Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury, a CARF accredited life plan community in Winchester, Virginia. Williamsburg Landing retained Michael in 2021. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from James Madison University. Prior to relocating to Williamsburg, Michael was involved in multiple community organizations serving on the boards of The Rotary Club of Front Royal, Warren Memorial Hospital and Shenandoah Area Council of Boy Scouts. Michael is a member of Leading Age Virginia.
Juanita Parks, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Juanita received her B.S. in Accounting from Salisbury University and holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and is a graduate of LEAD Greater Williamsburg Class of 2019. She joined Williamsburg Landing in 2014 as the Accounting Manager before being promoted to the Director of Accounting Services in 2015. Prior to joining Williamsburg Landing, Mrs. Parks served as Controller for a growing ambulance transportation service. Her experience includes financial management, budget implementation, audit, financial analysis and tax-exempt financing. As CFO at Williamsburg Landing, Mrs. Parks is responsible for overseeing the financial health the community through budget development and oversite, ensuring compliance with government, state agencies and bond holder requirements.
Lisa A. Bates, CMD, CMP, Chief Marketing Officer
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Public Management from the State University of New York at Utica-Rome. She is a Certified Marketing Director (CMD) from the International Council of Shopping Centers, Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) from LifeServices Network and Certified Leader in Aging Services (CLAS) from North Texas University. Prior to joining Williamsburg Landing, Lisa held various marketing positions within the insurance industry and later applied her marketing and business development skills to the shopping center industry, serving national developers including, Pyramid Management Group, Prime Retail and Ariel Preferred Retail Group. Her relevant experience includes driving qualified traffic and occupancy, strategic planning, advertising, brand management, contract negotiation, client relations and sales management. She is a graduate of LEAD Greater Williamsburg and is President of the Village Square Homeowner’s Association. Lisa has been with Williamsburg Landing since 2011.
Brandy Day, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, IPMA-SCP, Chief Talent Officer
Brandy, Chief Talent Officer, is an accomplished human resources professional with 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, workforce and succession planning, compensation and classification, employee relations, policy design and administration, performance evaluation, and employment law. Regarded as an objective, trusted problem solver with the ability to work with employees at all levels, including elected officials, Brandy has worked in a variety of industries including consulting, education, local government and healthcare. Brandy has a record of applying her HR expertise to accomplish strategic organizational goals by serving as a key partner with executive leadership. She is a 2017 graduate of LEAD Greater Williamsburg and currently serves as the Communications Committee Chair. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the William and Mary Cohen Career Centers Employer Advisory Board and a previous Board member of Literary for Life. Brandy received her Bachelor of Arts in Government & International Politics from George Mason University and her Master of Education in Policy, Planning & Leadership from The College of William & Mary.
Sally P. Wolfe, Senior Director of Development
Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Randolph Macon Woman’s College and completed coursework at Cannon Financial Institute as a corporate trust specialist. Sally has served as a Trust Administrator for Nations Bank of Virginia (and its predecessor Sovran Bank), Director of Major and Planned Gifts with Commonwealth Public Broadcasting and Director of Development for the Muscarelle Museum of Art at The College of William and Mary. Sally is the President of the Rotary Club of The Historic Triangle, serves as a commissioner of the Williamsburg Area Arts Commission and is active with her homeowner’s association. She joined Williamsburg Landing in 2008.
Vonnie Adams, RN, Chief Clinical Officer
Vonnie Adams tenure includes sixteen plus years of leadership in the healthcare industry with a strong focus on elder care. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from VCU. She is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Vonnie was awarded the 2015 Florence Nightingale Advancing & Leading the Profession of Nursing Award. She was also instrumental in the development of the new state of the art Memory Support Building at Williamsburg Landing which won the 2019 Architectural & Design Award from Senior Housing News. Vonnie is a member of Leading Age and Virginia Health Care Association.
