At Williamsburg Landing, quality medical care is only a short walk — or drive — from home. Our on-site Nurse Practitioner is available to provide primary care to all Williamsburg Landing residents in our convenient, modern and fully equipped primary care clinic located in the Landing Building. In addition, our physician, nurse practitioner and professional nursing employees are available to provide comprehensive clinical services in our licensed areas.

 

Jennifer Armijo
DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer has an accomplished track record of success in the medical field. After earning two Bachelor's degrees, one in Medical Technology and the other in Nursing, she continued her education to earn her Master of Science degree in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, she holds her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licenses in GA, FL, SC, TX and VA.

She is a dedicated and customer-centric professional, employing sound clinical judgment to assess diverse patient's needs encompassing physical, psychological, spiritual, social and environmental aspects. Her experience began with her clinical laboratory science training in clinical labs, before working in hospital emergency rooms. She also provided critical care as a flight nurse, transporting patients to medical facilities. Her extensive experience also included working in an Intensive Care unit and a designated stroke center.

Dr. Amir Hajimomenian (Haji)

Amir Hajimomenian, MD received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and a medical degree from Ross University, School of Medicine in Florida. He also completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency through Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Hajimomenian is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. 

He is a member of the American Medical Directors Association and Virginia Medical  Directors Association. Dr. Hajimomenian is a Certified Medical Director has practiced in multiple hospitals, outpatient practices and Post- Acute Care since July 2003.
