Williamsburg Landing has appointed John Becker as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

John’s career spans more than 20 years of leadership in skilled nursing facilities and retirement communities. He has directed large-scale, multi-facility operations, providing strategic oversight of clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial performance. Known for guiding organizations through complex surveys and audits, John has advanced initiatives that elevate resident care, strengthen team performance, and ensure long-term organizational success.

Becker is a North Carolina Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Nurse, with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services. He also holds certifications in dietary services and the resident assessment process.
