Williamsburg Landing has been awarded the AVP Seal by A.V. Powell & Associates, recognizing the community’s actuarial results as being among the top tier of Life Plan Communities for the 2024 fiscal year.

The AVP Seal is awarded based on A.V. Powell & Associates’ internal peer review of each community’s most recent actuarial study. This distinction reflects adherence to the firm’s best-practice standards and benchmarks, as defined by senior consultants. Only about 35–40% of Life Plan Community (CCRC) clients receive this honor each year.
