Williamsburg Landing proudly celebrated the grand opening of its new 23,000-square-foot Community Center and 300-seat theater on December 4, 2025. The state-of-the-art facility features a modern performance theater for live events, a bar, a micro-market, dedicated art studios, a music practice room, and multiple gathering spaces designed to foster connection and support residents’ engagement with the arts.

The Community Center is located just off Williamsburg Landing Drive on Windward Way. Williamsburg Landing partnered with Matthew Development Company, Guernsey-Tingle Architects, and W.M. Jordan Company to bring Anchor Cove and the Community Center to life. “This new building is so much more than bricks, glass, and stone. It’s a bridge — both literally and symbolically,” said Jan Bigelow, President and CEO of Williamsburg Landing. “It connects our existing campus to our new neighborhood, Anchor Cove, and it connects our past to our future. It’s a place where friendships will form, ideas will take shape, and community life will flourish in exciting new ways.”
